THE RESULTS ARE IN!!!!!

Tuesday we did our final body assessments for the Body Back program. We've been weighing ourselves every week since we began, so I had an idea of what the weight difference was going to be, so it was too shocking. I lost a total of TEN pounds in the last eight weeks. Hooray!

My favorite changes were in inches! I lost a little over THREE inches in my hips and THREE inches in my thigh and the BEST one: I LOST SIX INCHES IN MY WAIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Physical Assessment changes: I was able to increase the number of sit ups, squats, bicep curls and push ups! I knocked off 47 seconds off of my mile time and I increased my plank time by 27 seconds!!!!!!

Overall I'm pretty happy with the results! :) I'm not quite to where I want to be yet so I'll just keep going!!! I will be continuing the workout part of the Body Back program and I'm excited to see the results continue to change and move in the direction that I want them to! It's been a great experience and it was exactly what I needed to get back on track to getting back to where I was!!!! :)
